Ludwig is so gay

written on May 25:

King Ludwig II is known as the Fairy Tale king. His legacy is pretty much the three beautiful castles he had built in Bavaria. The man loved his castles. Ludwig’s life was all about beauty and fun but it ended very mysteriously. A few days before his death, the government had him arrested for mental illness. It is said that he really wasn’t crazy, but that was the only way the government could get him off the throne and stop wasting all the people’s money on extravagant castles. So they took him to Castle Berg on Lake Starnberg. A day after Ludwig was brought there, he went for walk with his psychiatrist at night. They never came back. The next day they found their bodies in the lake. There are many theories as to why they died, but no one knows for sure. Did they kill each other? Did Ludwig kill the doctor and drowned himself, or vice versa? It’s all very curious. It kills me to not know why.

Anyway, people have always wondered why Ludwig never married. He was engaged for ten months and called it off because he decided to stay single forever – this is why he wanted a smaller bed in Neuschwanstein. The man was also obviously obsessed with his good friend, the composer Richard Wagner. He freaking designed an entire castle (Neuchweinstein) dedicated to Wagner. Everything was associated with Wagner and his operas. He apparently has a guest bedroom in the other castle specifically for Wagner.

Interesting (pulling on my imaginary beard)…

I could only come with one conclusion: totally gay!
