Balls everywhere!

Last night, I finally went to my roommates' futbol match. I've been trying to see them play the past month and I just haven't been able to. They usually play somewhere far and not easily accessible by public transportation. My roommates usually get picked up by another teammate and last night, there was room in the car.

It was great! Just men everywhere! I think I was one of three women present. There were three matches going on on one big field, so that's six teams of 7 guys , and more for teams waiting to play next (you do the math!). For you futbol experts, I know there should be 11 players in each team, but these are small matches, so they're mini teams.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun sitting in the bleachers all by myself cheering for my roommies. Of course I had to strategically sit somewhere where I couldn't get hit by a ball. You all know how much I hate balls flying at my face. I was constantly paranoid. A ball here, a ball there! They were flying from every direction. And they kick these balls so hard that I would always here balls loudly hit the bleachers. Each team brought two or three balls so they never ran out of balls, nor was there ever a break from balls flying. And why does the word, balls, always make me giggle??? I'm seriously like a 12 year old!

Lastly, we all know how most futboll players are just hot. I always say that if you're kid is ugly, please don't let him play futbol. It's just a sin if you do. Girls, remember how I had a huge crush on T-O-double D in college? There was totally a Spanish version of him also playing futbol. They look so much the same, so cute...except the Spanish one didn't have receding hair line (what was I thinking???). It was seriously ridiculously awesome. There were so many hot men I didn't know where to start looking. Actually, I take that back. There was a team of old men and there was nothing there to see. Other than that, it was worth sitting in the cold all by myself (I really wished I had someone to make comments with) just to watch hot futbol players and their nice legs.

I've got some pictures of my roommates' match. I do warn you though that they are pretty blurry, so you can't really see the hotness...I couldn't quite figure out how to take action shots with my camera.

And just in case you are interested, my roommates' team won 4-3...two of the goals were made by Xalba...woohoo!!! Go team!!!

grey-see-ass fran! just a suggestion for next time- ask them to come closer to the camera, and then tell them to take their shirts off. happy president's day.
